Why Are We Living?

Then after them, we placed you in their places in the

world, to see how you would behave.
                                                      (10; 14)

                                                            1
                When you are greeted with a greeting, greet with a better one;
or return the greeting exactly as it is. Surely God is the one

                                          who calculates everything.
                                                       (4; 86)
                                                            2
Didn't you see what a comparison God made? A good word is
like a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches are
in the sky. It gives its fruit at all times, by the permission of its
God. So God brings examples to the people, so that they can
take advice. The example of a bad word is like a bad tree,
which is torn out from the earth; it has no stability.

                                                 (14; 24, 25, 26)
                                                            3
We created the heavens and the earth and everything between
them for a purpose. Surely, the hour of judgement will come.
                                       Therefore, act nice and gentle!
                                                       (15; 85)
                                                            4

The servants of God Most Merciful are those who walk on the
earth modestly, and when the ignorant address them, they say:
                                                        ‘Hello’.
                                                       (25; 63)
                                                            5
Serve God, and join not any partners with Him; and do good to
your parents, relatives, orphans, those in need, neighbours who
are near, and the far neighbours, and the near friend, and the
traveler, and those who depend on you. God does not like who

                                           is snobbish and boastful.
                                                       (4; 36)
                                                            6
Those who donate in prosperity or in adversity; swallow their
anger, and forgive people. God loves those who do good.
                                                       (3; 134)

                                                                                                         3
